Account details (name, email, phone), booking details (tour date, pickup address, number of guests) and basic technical data needed to run the site.
To confirm and deliver your booking, send booking updates and reminders, process payments, provide support and prevent fraud.
Your assigned driver or guide sees the details needed for your trip. Midtrans processes payments and we do not store card details. We do not sell personal data.
We use cookies for sign-in, language and currency preferences, and to remember an affiliate referral for 30 days in the same browser.
We keep booking records as long as needed for service, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
